Richard has been practicing law in the State of New York for over 40 years. He has been in Rockland County for most of time practicing after being trained in New York City.
Richard's law practice has been focused in matrimonial law, but he also has notable experience in Personal Injury, Real Estate, Criminal, and Business Law. He is licensed to practice in all of the courts in the State of New York and all Federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. Many of his cases have been cited in publications as a standard in the field.
Richard's professionanl affiliations include Rockland County Bar Association and American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Richard was also designated a "Super Lawyer" by Thomson Reuters.
